Beef or chicken slices, suya spice (ground peanuts mixed with paprika, ginger, onion powder, cayenne pepper), vegetable oil, salt, skewers.
Recipe
- Slice the meat into thin strips. Marinate with suya spice, a little oil, and salt.
- Thread the meat onto skewers.
- Grill over an open flame or barbecue, turning regularly until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with extra suya spice sprinkled over, accompanied by slices of onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
