Refund Policy

Have you yet to receive your order? Not to worry, we can assist you.?

Foodmark’ policy is to do everything possible to ensure that you can buy with confidence. To that end, we ensure that all produce/products are of the highest quality possible. We have encouraged our vendors to provide detailed information on each item offered and to ensure that you are as informed as possible about the products you wish to purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us at info@Foodmark.ng for a replacement or refund.

If the product you purchase from The Foodmark is in poor condition or you are dissatisfied with it, we will offer a refund or exchange.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, please contact us with the purchase details; we will discuss the issue. You may be required to return the item at your expense.

In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund of the purchase price, if you simply changed your mind and return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, and in a saleable condition.

We are unable to accept certain fresh food items for hygiene reasons because you have changed your mind.

When it comes to refunds, we have the option of refunding the purchase price in either the original payment method or store credit / voucher.

Please consider the following:

  1. Please contact the vendor to arrange for a return/exchange.
  2. Keep all items in their original packaging. Items purchased in sets must be returned in sets.
  3. Include a copy of the sales order and specify the type of refund required.
  4. Deliver the parcel to the vendor’s address.
  5. Please notify the vendor via email once the parcel has been delivered.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

  • You can only return goods that are in poor condition for an exchange or refund if the vendor has a returns policy.
  • But you’re only entitled to an automatic refund if you return it within 24hours day of delivery
  • Please look at the returns policy of the vendors which are available on their Vendor page.
  • Items can be returned if their consumer properties, labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
  • To return the items, Customers must follow the returns policy of the individual vendors. Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:
  • Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects or wrong order within 24hours from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Vendor or the Vendor’s representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the products by the Customer.
  • Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Vendor, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

Foodmark do not take any responsibility for the return or exchange of goods supplied through the foodmark website. It is the responsibility of the individual vendors to manage any returns or exchanges. Refunds will only be issued by Foodmark when proper notification is received from the Vendor.
